We had a broken torsion spring on our garage door. We reached out on Thumbtack, and we very quickly got a response from Idan, from E.L Garage Door & More. We scheduled Idan to come out and he was on-time, and provided us with professional, friendly, service to fix the issue. Idan also serviced the unit to make it work quieter. We highly recommend him because he will get the job done right at a reasonable price and also offers a warranty!

To make matters worse, I was recovering from shoulder replacement surgery and my wife was out of state at he time, so the door could not be manually opened. However, as soon as I explained my circumstances to him, he was on the way to my house. He was very professional in every way. He replaced the spring, adjusted the limits on the door travel, explained what had happened with the mechanism and even gave me some tips on how to deal with any future issues.
